Announcing VA Premier’s Provider Portal

Dear Provider:

Thank you for your continued service to our members! Virginia Premier Health Plan is pleased to announce the launching of PremierConnect available February 9, 2015!

What is PremierConnect?

PremierConnect is our new single sign-on system that allows users to have one log-in name and password to access all Virginia Premier portals.

What does PremierConnect offer?

Virginia Premier CompleteCare providers will be able to:

• Access CWS portal for eligibility verification, claim status and claim submission
• Receive electronic PCP panel listings- Coming Soon!
• Access Clear Coverage for authorization submission and inquiry-Only available for DME providers. Roll-out for other provider types coming soon!
• PaySpan for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) – Will be available through PremierConnect soon!

How can I sign up?

Virginia Premier CompleteCare providers can sign up for PremierConnect by going to www.vapremier.com. Please note that the office administrator will be the user requesting for portal access. The office administrator will then have access to add additional users.

Currently have an account for Virginia Premier’s CWS Portal?

Great news! If you already have an account set up with Virginia Premier CompleteCare CWS portal, no additional registration is needed! You will receive an email with your new log-in information for PremierConnect.
